I do push/pull days..... so chest/bi's and back/tri's. I do this so I can go full intensity and weight on both excercises. If I do chest/tri's then I pre-wear out my tri's while doing chest. Every couple months i'll switch it to that just for a change but hate it.....

sounds good!, i usually do 5 days, but might soon go back to 4 (except train legs and do chest/tri back/bi) i got some good growth training 4 times a week, seem to push harder in workouts and have more time to recover![]()
