Finally after 3 weeks I got to the gym. Had so much energy I banged out chest, back, and shoulders. Surpirsing my working weights stayed about the same.

I have not marched in a parade but I have participated is pride day. They close down a few streets and have tents and such set up and everyone just hangs out and has a good time. Most people get mad thinking it's stupid to close down a street for this but think of the other people. When I was younger this was the only time I felt like I could be myself with my bf , holdin his hand and such without worrying about someone hitting me upside the head with a bat. On top of that it proved there were others like me! Very exciting day.
