My ROM w/o pain comes and goes, but it slowly getting better, I think. One day it will mainly be anterior, the next day might be very little pain, and the next it is posterior. It's random as fvck.
Still going to stick to b'bell work in the Smythe for chest and shoulder presses for a while and maybe wrap up chest w/ some moderate weight incline flyes or moderate weight weight d'bell presses w/ the palms parallel or light-ish d'bell shoulder presses on shoulder days just to get a good rush of blood into the area at the end of the lift.

Ugh, frigging sleep is like a damn jack.in the box today. Down for the count about 2 hours, up for 90 minutes or so, back to sleep for an hour, now awake again. Headed back to try for a bit more.

No workout for me sadly. Tomorrow I will get my hamstrings in. Barely any sleep and mom duties are on. Goodness bf got diagnosed with gout, dr said flare ups are majorly painful. Bf is extremely healthy and clean eater. Barely drinks at all. Maybe 1 drink a month. Just crazy!!! So ready to just rest.

Incline. On the first rep I got what Clarky would call a wee niggle in the shoulder Stopped. Moved on.
Different machine bench 3 working
Back to seated cables. 2 working. Nice pump at this point.
Not bad for an old man with a bad shoulder. Lol

Quick check in. Hi all! 9 hrs of sleep last night. This weekend really set me off course, sick man, sick kiddo. Missed my lift this morning. I am thinking about lifting after work today, but may have to just wait till tomorrow morning. First Sunday in years I didn't meal prep either. Was just too out of it.

Fella's and ladies I hope all is well! I've been working 70hr weeks and haven't trained in 2 weeks. It's been years and years since I've been out this long but I'm starting to feel good, the first week or so my body tightened up and hurt. Working 13fr days didn't help plus the prop I'm using gives me a good stinger every other shotHopefully jump in the gym today to try to lightly stretch things out but I went for a massage and the girl kicked my ass, she actually sprained my rib! So we will see. Keep grinding!

I totally agree!!! I haven't lifted since Saturday.....I did chest and felt great on the lifts I did. I got my high of 37.5 each arm DB's for chest press.....it was more easy then I thought once I had a little help up. I was able to do 5 reps after working my way up. Last Saturday I started with 27.5lbs and this week I was up to 30 dbs start. FOR SURE increasing.
Got my high on leg press last week of 470......
I can tell just from switching to your all style of lifting I am getting stronger!!!!
I can tell my chest is getting stronger, cause my t*ts are shrinking a little.....
