That's exactly what my next cycle looks like, except I'm adding deca in the mix. I've experimented with dosages on deca. I went over 1g once, 1.2. I didn't see any clear.difference between that and 750ish (between 600 and 750) so I keep my deca at 600 now. I'm jumping it with a pre-load of 1000mg prop / 1000mg enan and 1000mg npp / 600mg deca week 1, then going long esters the rest of the way.

Sides I have none.
Gains. I was 184 lbs after the comp. I'm 209 lbs now.
I'm watching my diet closer and not just ballooning up like last fall
I'm more vascular at this weight than before.
Lbm is higher
Strength is incredible
Kel so far I'm not over impressed with the slin
I have my carb mix at the 15 min mark.
My protein/ carb shake at the 30 min mark
My meal at the 1 hr mark
I get the sleepiness at about 1-1.5 hr mark This one is rough sometimes for me.
Up at 2:30 am this morn for a feeding. Lol. Back to sleep.
So you did a rebound cycle out of the comp? that's great its one of the best times to increase in LBM, very similar to priming/SBC's which I adoresome people have to watch their carb intake during the first two weeks because they will bloat and gain water weight but if you drip feed the carbs for the first 2 weeks then over eat gains are incredible, some guys don't need to slow drive the carbs and can go straight into over eating on day one of the rebound. Ive done both

Adjust cals to suit new body weight each week or 5 days and gains will keep coming, use the strength with this style of training and you will build new tissue like you have never experienced before, that's why I advice priming coupled with short burst cycles![]()

Ive mentioned this before so I think its time to mention it again seeing you have brought it up. When ive been bulking and been stuck at a sticking point in my development ive always included 24/7 feeding, its brutal but when your running high androgens coupled with intense training you can explode past your sticking points and really make crazy gains. Little tip after the bulk carry on 24/7 feeding but every week drop a few cals to adjust things out and you will find a new maintenance to support the new tissue ......
Marcus everything you have posted today for me is a wealth of info. Fvck for all if this whole lifestyle isn't like a' puzzle you constantly get a piece for each day. Every piece starts to fit together but you have to keep getting pieces(learning) and putting them together. I may never finish the puzzle but I'll work on it everyday.

Fueling all day long.. Prepping meal 3 now, so far it's been:
Meal 1: 8 eggs, banana, 2 flour tortillas (made burritos!)
Meal 2: protein shake and oats
Meal 3: (coming up) - two tilapia, rice, brussel sprouts with turkey bacon
Also took out some chicken breasts and lean pork chops for later.
Triceps only today due to time scales but I made those fukers hang off my arms lol.....

Though I workout alone, on my tricep exercises I reached a failure i never have before. Every time my mind told me 'last one,' I pushed it aside and damn if my arms didn't get out another one, then two, then a third....you get the idea. Happened several times and it felt great. Cheers guys!![]()
