It's a reoccurring injury from when I was younger. I think I aggravated it in the gym. The bottoms three vertebrae in my back are twisted and locked.

Damn. I have to get a written reference from a professor at my college for my application to Oregon.
Which prof should I go to? I don't want one from any prof in my major area, only one was worthwhile, and she's gone.
Should I choose one in my minor? One I've taken more than one class with? Or the one who is the best writer?

Yea about 8 years ago I went through treatment to try an correct it. After that failed they said I needed back surgery to fix it. So I decided to deal with the pain until I can't take it anymore. Very few people ever just have one back surgery.
