And guys. I did some stupid things yesterday. My wife is stil in spain for holliday with her daugther so i took a day off, drove to Sweden with the wifes best friend and we shopped a lot of candies and beer and got drunk in the sofa when we got home. And yeah. We did some more things which is better of left in the dark.
Three weeks in my precycle. Peps and sarms. But nothing which stresses the liver yet. And a day totally without proteins and pasta is ok. Cause it freshens the receptors and accellerate the proteinbenefit when you hit the normal intake.
