Chest is sore this morning, legs this evening.

Right in time for the most intense session hot winds from africa loaded with moisture from the sea got blowing here, one week still say the experts...

Legs this morning. Squats and hack squats.

Shit at both. Low weight strict form wrecked me. Called it a day after that. Arse and hams are still sore. Lots of stretching.

    Productive. Enjoyed it.

Today's leg session - pumps a bit lacking but good enough, felt a bit sick towards the end.

    Leg ext 4 wu
    Leg press (horizontal) 1 wu

    Leg press - 250x10, 290x10, 330x8, 350x8, 370x3 (half reps).

    Leg abd/add (why am I even doing these?) - 100kg x15 each

    Calves, seated and standing

    -out.

So duh 350kg or 770lbs x 8 reps is my new PR after two months or 9-10 leg sessions. Not bad eh? Where's the chicken.

How long are you guys training sessions usually?

My lifting part usually take about 45 mins. Legs are about an hour if I have time.

I tried 30 seconds between sets, wasnt getting get sets in. First time I started waiting couple mins between sets, I couldn't hardly move the next day I was so sore. Haven't tried it in awhile, maybe I'm in good enough shape now, may not hurt to change routine up anyway

This is exactly me. I put my three rats to bed and wait for the freaking laundry, which never ends, and that's when I want cereal. Bad. Sometimes the peanut butter literally calls my name.

Damn Cape, it takes me longer than that just to get to the gym! I do about a minute between sets.

Faith in Humanity update: I mentioned yesterday I lost my headphones, some good Samaritan turned them in at the gym. I dropped them in the parking lot apparently. Thanks to whoever you are!

I eat a huge bowl of Cheerios at bed time every night. I used to eat pbj sandwiches but that was too much fat.

I drop my son off at school and am at the gym 5 min later. 7:30 ish.

Give it another shot. That last set I want the weight heavy enough I’m only getting 3-5 reps and struggle for that. I’ll start more drop sets on the last set once I get built back up from my 3 off months.

Too long despite low volume. About 15-20 minutes stretching/meditation. Then warmup for big exercise then 3-4 assistance exercises, takes around 70-90 minutes.

I run about 50-60 mins. I work out alone 99.8% of the time, so I'm fairly consistent. I love to sit in the sauna after, but I'm often short on time so usually on the weekend for 20 mins.

I take my time to warm up, general is about 20min, I start with quite stiff and sore muscle it's a pain initially to get the blood going, so I end up spending well more than 1hr in the room despite low volume.

That is great for short esters like Acetate, Propionate and Phenylpropionate for increasing concentrations of these esters without crashing.

Yep it's for test prop and NPP. I am going to run some through a syringe filter to see if I get an allergic reaction first though. Won't use high concentrations just want to reduce PIP and make sure it doesn't crash.

    Got a new vein!
When my bf got low enough, around 6 months ago, I was able see the bicep vein on my left arm, but didn't have one in my right arm
I'm now starting to see one in my right arm, although it's not as big and not centered, but at least one is starting to show up.
First pic is left arm, looks backwards cause of mirror, and second pic is my new vein. This makes me happy...lol

That’s pretty dang fast! Haha I superset pretty much everything so I like the little to no rest as well. Just prefer to be hitting muscles differently that close together. Especially chest, mine will flat out fail! Lol

It is rough for sure! All depends on if you’re shooting for more strength or endurance in your training. Many people will have some heavy days mixed in with longer rest while the rest of their training is endurance/hypertrophy focused.

First pic is left arm, looks backwards cause of mirror, and second pic is my new vein. This makes me happy...lol

Good job Tarzan just stick to your meal prep and you'll lose tons of more fat.

It is rough for sure! All depends on if you’re shooting for more strength or endurance in your training. Many people will have some heavy days mixed in with longer rest while the rest of their training is endurance/hypertrophy focused.

    Oh yay! That was nice!

Obviously not by the looks of your back...

    Way to go! Strong work!!

How low are your carbs? Lol

    Woohoo! That’s exciting!
About 150 per day and once a week carb ups. It is a bit more difficult to lose fat for me when I'm at this bodyfat level, so I'm going a bit harder on the cut yet I'm doing it off cycle so no ultra pure diet.

Niacin is going well at 250mg just a minor flush. Will try to get it to 500mg 3 times per day so I can check if it affects my liver too much in my pre cycle bloods.

Ethyl oleate went great 2ml in quad no PIP. I see why it helps dissolve. Just drops of it came in contact with the outside of the syringe and it melted away the markers. I'm guessing max 1 year in the vial before the rubber stopper melts lol. Will try to keep the vials upright the whole time if it makes a difference.
