    I hit the squats now just did upperbody when I was in the service got jacked up top........can't really do legs when you run every fukken morning..up hill,down hill, obstacle courses...bastards messed up my looks....but hey I can run 4.2 miles in thirty minutes, clap for me......Ink get the penicillin

    Ya'll should have seen my little ass when I started I couldn't even press the 55lb dumbbells now tonight I hit the 150s for 6 reps, I don't even know how I did it. I just got in one of those modes where I was making my self super angry and using my emotions to work for me.
