    Im not pushing it anymore. Body does not respond enough. Ive bern on too long. 5 months more or less.
    So i aim for a soft landing.

    Due to age, its getting harder, but...this summer, i think i, in some workouts, i looked my best ever. Two days ago f.i. Crappy today.

    But, more often now, than before, i get crappy workouts, even if i do as planned.

    But, i aim for another peak when christmas comes. Just need to get off 3 months.

    And..no noticebable sides. Keto/low carb and fasting take care of 95% of the issues.

    I was a little down yesterday, but...new plan already. Its OMAD with lots of carbs after workout.
    Then fatfree kefir 2 hours infront to prepare the gut on that big meal.
    I looked so good this morning, after my high carb bufet from yesterday after the crappy workout.

    And when reading/hearing the experts tell about the list of some 20-30 benefits of OMAD, specially relevant for us who like to use anabolics, it exists me.

    Ive tried keto OMAD before with a high fat breakfast. Good but not fantastic.
    So now i try real deal OMAD high in carbs.

    U can lookinto it, but one thing. For bodybuilders, this will work. Why?? yes, because u will not loose muscles. With OMAD, your HGH will be skyrock high and it will protect muscles, maybe build some and melt fat like a mf. Naturally.
    With weigthtraing and drugs, u will easily build muscles. Even if your able to eat just 3000 cals on that meal. Cause you will utilize the nutritients fully. Eating 8 times a day and u will only ve abke to use 20% of the protein. In addition put destroing stress on your organs.

    I will look up some research and provide the results. Nutrient timing plays an important role in hypertrophy. You are not getting that. Will you lose weight- yes….. it is hard to get the calories needed in o e meal.

    Nope, im able to best my max natty strength on OMAD with 400 mg tren, 250 test and a deca.
    In some exersises, by far.

    Looking to dig deeper, show is 30 august, not a bodybuilding scene, but an apperance i wanna look good for.

    With pump, in a tank, i looked the best ever yesterday, after i switch from ketobufet OMAD to normal bufet OMAD, rigth after workout. I prepare the stomach with eating rizecaces and a carb proteinshake during workout.

    But i wanna take it to the next level, in front of the show. Higher doses is out of the q, since ive been on more or less for 4 months.

    But..here it comes, since OMAD skyrocks your HGHlevels, so u wont loose muscles, im looking into OMEOD. One bufet meal every other day. I train every other day, so rigth after wo.
    OMEOD, i think i invented that one.
    Problemes will be, stomachissues, and quality of life.
    But i think i can prepare the stomach with rizecakes and ligth proteinshakes during wo.
    And guess i just have to have drink fiber/ACVdrinks, green tea, its delicious, Coffee and sugarfree energydrinks.

    The mental clarity and focus is amazing. The body produces lots of hormons, preparing you for a hard hunt for hours.

    And fat...bye bye..it melts away. Waistline thigthens like a mf.

    Some 20 other benefits.
    And an increased lifesspam with some 20 years. At least.

    Even on tren.

    This shit is amazing, almost a religios touch to it.

    Yesterday was ok. Today is also ok, cause the mammut thaibufet meal comming "soon" is like birthday, christmas, holliday all together. Quality of life.
    Before the meal, i guess i will have an awesome wo, ripped as fuck. Curious to see if there are any signifikant loss of strength.
    If not, i think i can do it. OMEOD the weeks leading in to the show, 30. august.
    Hunger is just psycological. The body got all it needs in the fatresources stored.
    If u can think of other things than food, OMAD and OMEOD arent that bad.
    Then i start a 200 to 300 cruise.
    Bur i guess i will fade back to OMAD then.
    Also curious to see if i can look decent on OMAD on a cruise/trt.

    One meal a day, or atleast a 3-4 hour eating window.
    Skyrocks your HGHlevels, cures IR, erases 95% of western illnesses, melts fat like no other chems and muscle loss/strengthloss is pretty much not noticable. I would say 90-95% of eating a ton of carbs 10 times a day.

    Best of all, training at a fasted state, give u just as much pump. Believe it or not. Evolution, theori says the vessels contract, keeping the blood in the working area.
    Its logical, else we wouldnt survive millions of years when we hunted on an emty stomach and needed full force and stamina.
