Sounds like you are having anxiety attacks.
I got diagnosed about 20 yrs. ago with anxiety disorder. Some are just uncomfortable uneasy feelings...some had me calling 911 back in the day before I figured out how to manage them.
Pretty scary they can be. Especially if you compound a severe anxiety attack with a panic attack..MMmm those will make you think twice about heaven and hell...ehehehhh...
I was surprised with how much it changed my blood pressure. It was also as rested as i could have took the result too.
Its only this past year ive felt this way. I dont know of anything thats triggering it...

That sounds horrendous. Ive noticed i feel a bit better after a few hours. Ive noticed intense sweating and a pounding heart before bed but its never carried the same feeling.

My training was absolutely wasted the other day... instead of focussing on breathing between sets and reps. I am focussing on breathing to keep myself from curling into a ball.
