Carbs, know they are important for growth, as is eating to get big. Problem is for me personally, they add fat, now at this age. So my alcohol free calories are around 2000 and carbs are less than 50 grams per day.

So, since I've been on AAS for 16 months, I've gone from 182 to a current 199. And going by the last underwater weighing, have lost 6 pounds of fat.

Did I mention that I drink 1 1/2 to 2 bottles of wine every night.

Now, at 57-58 it took AAS 16 months to put on more muscle than I was able to in 30 years when I was able to workout completely & eat a regular diet (didn't drink back then as well).

Jealous, upset? Yeah to a point, and here is why. Because if I can grow and change so easily now, with the little AAS that I've used to this point. Fuck, I can just imagine if in my youth I'd used the doses you guys use AND throw in HGH to boot.
