Had to completely switch up some lifts.
Deads I switched to rack pulls.
Bent over rows I make sure I am bent over to about 90 degrees. Anything higher and it kills my back.
Squats I stopped for a few years.
But I did a lot of core work to strengthen the lower back and within in the last year I have been hitting squats hard.
Lessen weights.
Focus on keeping the core/abs tight during lifts and back flat.
No cheating.
And Ive made pretty good progress.
Way to make it work.
This cuff bs is really pissing me off and I haven't been very active over the past two weeks because of it but I've been doing cuff exercises a few times a day faithfully and, although I think it's getting better, its still not fully healed and I feel like I'd eff it all up quick if I put up any significant weight.
