i had the same issue with my wrist went and start lifting fixes itself....

lol, not for me. i have had this problem for years. but the last few months its gettin to the point where it wont go away and i cant put weight on it period. like i cant even take off the lid of the peanut butter jar!!!!!
so lifting is not happening. doc says i need surgery or it wont go away
