    When you're on AAS, how many times during the cycle could you do a "muscle shock week" - i.e. doing more reps, and less sets, but until failure, in hopes of promoting muscle growth. And how long should you space these weeks out??

    Why not shock it with more weight then volume ?

    im doing a new routine im experimenting with myslef. light weights. BUT very intense, super slow cadence. no more than 3 supersets per muscles (except legs 9 sets and back 6 sets). i feel pumped. will i grow BIG?

    how much?

    what do you think are some good PWO fruits? Higher GI would be optimal correct?
    I usually have bananas or apples or oranges but i guess a higher GI would be Ideal imediately pwo correct? when glycogen stores need to be replenished.
    What do you reccomend?

    I have oats and protein. I dont use fruit.

    No. In order to force your muscles to grow you must provide a greater weight than what they are use to .

    Answer: Why not shock it with more weight then volume ?

    ... So just up the weight for fewer reps?! Should I do that for every workout?? (i.e. for each exercise only (5 reps x 90% max weight)

    maybee you missed the last one? when on keto version that allows some carbs post wo and thats it with 2 cheat meals and take 16g per meal fats and dropped fat like crazy first two weeks now weight is stuck and kinda feels like alittle fat has come back to mid section is this norma? fat shifting as bf gets lower? or is the only way to correct by dropping fats and by how much seeings how im 15 lbs lighter than before i started with that ammount? was told to drop to 13 after 3 weeks should i do it now instead(2 weeks)thanks alot bro

    It doesn't allow for some carb just post workout , it allows for some carbs each day regardless of when you take them in.

    I did answer this somewhere before. I don't believe in "fat shifting." If you lose BF everywhere but your stomach then this makes your stomach look bigger. Was it because the "fat shifted?" Nope.

    I tried a keto diet before and didn't like it. Like you said, i lost weight in the beginning quick but then i hit a brick wall. Losing fat is a marathon , take it nice and slow. Lower your carbs to a point where you are losing 1lbs per week but at the same time still maintaining enough energy to get through your workouts.

    I can almost guarantee that you will gain 10 lbs back in half the time it took you to lose it that way.

    I work as a nurse and I work around several gay guys. I went to college with some of them and we are fairly good friends. I always feel bad when I say something that I dont like is gay or even worse when Im talkin $hit about someone and I say something like "That motherfukker is such a f@g". I know I dont always catch myself doing it but when I do I fumble around my words and look like such a idiot Im sure. They never say anything, but do u think that they actaully take offense even though they know I dont mean anything negative toward them by saying it??

    It really depends on the person. I have to agree that most of us grew up saying , "thats gay" or "hes a fag" but just because he grew up like that doesn't make it right. My parents grew up calling black people the N word, does that make it ok for me to say it ? Hell no.

    i don't get offended when it used is the manner that i stated above but i know some who do. You really need to feel them people out or come right out and ask them. If you are in doubt the safe bet is to not use it at all.

    Wow, I was trolling though the board and I am amazed at how many "cut super fast" threads there are. I assume there are all here to look for a spring break swole. With all ur time here, is this a yearly event? Do u actually respond to these? And the hardest question, how many will there be by August?
