    im still taking it. my heart rate is up and i think thats what is making me more anxious and have less patience. Just dont know what is causing that

Hyponatremia, Na = 113, resulting in confusion and lethargy. Cause: self-imposed salt restriction in the setting of treatment with hydrochlorothiazide.
