Is there a big diff. between "timed released" tabs and regular tabs?

Well, if it is infact time released then yes... But being that vitamin B5 is water based, I'm not sure how it could be. When I say its water based, what I mean is that any extra your system doesnt use, just comes right out during urination.

    I'm not real positive?

Just bought some b-5 today and it says on the back "d-calcium pantothenic acid" It also says it has an extra 45mg. calcium in it due to where it came from. I know that calcium interferes with mineral absorption but I am assuming that it doesnt apply to vitamins also??

I just read this , That the popular antibiotic called Tetracycline used to treat acne actually hinders gains while on a cycle. The antibiotic works by reducing protein synthesis. I can copy the statement for you guys but can not provide a link, do to it being posted on a sources list homepage. Here it is.

Tetracycline and anabolic steroids do not go well together. Tetracycline is a broad spectrum antibiotic that has many purposes. It works primarily by inhibiting protein synthesis. Since Tetracycline does exhibit this anti-anabolic effect, it is working in the opposite direction of the anabolic steroids. Anabolic steroids increase protein synthesis and can encourage bacteria growth which often aggravates acne. Tetracycline may inhibit the functions of the anabolic steroids, or the anabolic steroids may inhibit the effects of the Tetracycline. Rather than try to examine which drug would come out on top, it seems the easiest solution is to not use Tetracycline while taking anabolic steroids. Other ways that athletes have been able to control acne that is caused by the use of steroids include: showering more frequently, using prescription soaps, using tanning beds, by using Retin-A and the last course might involve using Accutane, a prescription acne medication.

Tetracycline inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, not ours.

As einstein said, you'll be ok.

As for those who use tetracycline for their acne... I read that prolong use can stain your teeth yellow.

Tetracycline cant have half of the side effects that Accutane does. After taking accutane for a prolonged period yellow teeth sounds like a bright spot to me. Accutane is the satan of sides, but incredible for acne.

Another downfall to tetracycline is that after prolong use, you can become immune to it. Then when you get sick, and you actually need it..... you're screwed.

Just a few more reasons why B5 sounds so good.

******** is where i got mine from. When I first start using it, I break out pretty bad. But then it starts to go away. It definatly does work, for me atleast, to an extent. But man its kinda hard for me to remember to take it all the time. I usually split my doses up. Half morning, and half at night. I ran out recently, and ive been breaking out bad on my chest and back. Not sure if my test is kicking in or what though. Hope that helps.

I've had a good experience with them... I hope you do as well. It took about 3 days to get to my door, pretty quick delivery. Let me know how things work out for you.

If you dont have that much then no... you might only need to take 1 or 2 caps a day.... I would start with around 5 so you can clear everything up.
