I wasn't looking for a long drawn out reason for not making him a Mod. It is mearly a suggestion. Bro, I'm 34 yrs old. I have been in this game since I was 17. So I don't give 2 shats who a Mod is or for that matter the knowledge one carries. Cuz I know a lot through what I have learned over the years by hands on training. I like this board and the many others that are out there. But AR is missing something. Hmmmmmmm...oh yea Dabull....Peace

So then you're ok with manipulation. If people don't want someone to become a mod then all they have to say is "Hey *he* should be considered for modship", and he's out.

If someone's qualified to be a mod I can't imagine you'd let others sway you either way. But I guess you do.

bro i am not interested in ur opinion, or how long u have been training, nor do i need ur permission to write what i want on here, you may have been doing what u have been doing however long you have been doing it, but i have been here working my ass off for the best part of 4 years now to make this place what it is, and i do have a say in what happens, and if i feel i need to post something, i will, anyway maybe i miswrote that before, if someone gets recomended and then at a a later date we consider them for our own reasons, the fact they have been recomended would have no negative inpact on it at all. We jsut dont buy into threads where people are recomended and then think ok we need a mod.

as for people who recomend themselves, they never get in due to the fact they have ulterior motives 90% of the time.

When we feel we need someone, we get together and make suggestions as to who we think is deserving, i have written out the criteria before, its not all about knowledge. I think we have a great bunch of guys all due respect to all of them.
