They are only "controlled" in some parts of the World... BTW - they are not "illegal" they are controlled by way of needing a prescription. But for some in the World, you can obtain them without a prescription... legally.

Using and PED's has nothing to do with stealing cars or robbing liquor stores... the people that choose to use AAS, are doing so for a better physical condition and improved performance. And many do so under medical supervision and/or routine blood work. Sorry to break it to you, but many of your "cops on patrols", to include former police officer Ronnie Coleman are using AAS. They are simply deriatives a naturally occuring compound in your body that improve protein synthesis and cortisol blocking for better physical conditioning. Albeit safety and proper administration is paramount when someone is researching into the use of AAS.
