if you ask me, in my eyes, i look at that guy THE SAME WAY i would look at a little kid who just stuffs pillows into his sleeves to look like the incredible hulk. i think its the same concept. same exact thing. just like how i would joke around and not take the kid seriously, same goes for the guy with oil in his arms. does it really matter what it's made out of ? (oil, plastic, pillows, they are all fake)
