i have a super fast metabolism bro...i take about 2 shakes a day from the Nlarge and the rest i eat mostly low fat high protein meals...like tuna fish or chicken breast...i just put in the Nlagrge2 to get those extra cals in...im trying to make shure i have enough to get some good size on this current cycle....plus, its always been easier for me to loose fat than to gain it thats why im not worried too much about the calories and getting fat...
