I havn't really got the breathing thing yet. My expectations were a lot higher aswell, I was expecting not to be able to get up from the bedOriginally Posted by OSTIE

Very true, I appear to be a lucky one. Everyone reading this may not be so lucky, take it easy for until you see how your going to react and then adjust the doseage accordingly. You need to calculate you blood levels and find a point that suites you.Originally Posted by SV-1

I burned like all hell for about 2 hours and was breathing hard as well. Lesson learned, no more cheating until the end. It totally slipped my mind the chips were a starchy carb.![]()
This is the confusing part of dnp. part I dont like. You have to keep the carbs up to burn a lot of fat but the downside is that it burns n sh it. =[
No you don't. Eating a lot of carbs does not burn more fat, it just makes you hot.Originally Posted by invid

Guess theres 2 different school of thoughts regarding this. On that geocities site, it says having a high carb diet will be much more effective than a high fat moderate carb diet. Is einstein suggesting keeping the carbs down with moderate fats and high protein?Originally Posted by SV-1
High protein/moderate carbs/low fat is what I recommend. The amount of carbs should be enough that you don't feel bad, and that's going to be different for everyone.Originally Posted by invid
What do you think of my diet sv-1? I've only got about 140g of carbs (all coming from oatmeal, and occaisional bbq sauce), its high in protein with only trace amounts of fat. Should I cut out more of the carb meals and go with straight protein most of the time?Originally Posted by SV-1
I believe he is for pretty much just protein, with little amounts of carbs, and trace fat. I believe I can remember him writing "your only on it for a short time anyway, so just stick with protein" or something along those lines....Originally Posted by invid
No that wasn't me, you need some carbs on DNP so you don't become hypoglycemic and feel like sh*t. Just don't go ass wild with the carbs.

Day 5:
Had pretty good sleep last night, had a little insomnia but it wasn't related to the dnp (I couldn't stop thinking about making my own sust, and what combo I was going to use lol!)
7:30- 1/2 cap phentermine
8:00-100g oatmeal, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 6 egg whites, Vit C, E, A, ALA, B, potasium, 200mg DNP
11:00- 2 cans chicken, mustard.
2:00- 100g oatmeal, 1 can chicken, bbq sauce.
2:30- 1 half a bag of no fat chips (****IT I swore I wouldn't cheat again, I don't know how this happened, it seemed perfectly fine until I caught myself trying to rationalize it, then threw the bag away)
4:00- Chest, shoulders, back (did a circuit of the machines, did 4 circuits, with 5 minutes rest between each one) finished with 20 minutes on 4 mph on the treadmill. The woman that cleans up the sweat off the machine had a pretty good workout as well![]()
5:00- 50g maltodextrin, 40g whey
7:00- 2 cans of chicken, mustard
9:00- ZMA, melatonin (I love this stuff btw!), 2 benedrill
9:30- 50g oatmeal, 1 can chicken, calcium, c, e, potasium
Sides:
Heat: not so much today, I noticed an increase after the chips but all was well by the time I went to the gym. Strength was not faded at all in the gym, I was a madman (considering I only did machines). I wouldn't normally put the treadmill after weights, but it wasn't that heavy enough a workout that I felt immediate glycogen replacement was neccissary (plus this process in my body isn't even working at full capacity right now anyways...)
Lethargy: Lots of energy today for some reason. Im all excited about this new scale Im buying it measures up to 10mg!!
Sweating: Not as much today as anyother day. I noticed it in the post office though while buying some stamps. My forehead was very sweaty, but other than that not to much.
Hunger: A little but nothing uncontrollable, a lack of willpower brought a slight cheat in my diet today. I PROMISE it won't happen again.
Dry mouth- I've noticed that my mouth has been dry on and off today more than it normally would despite drinking massive amounts of water (4.5 G's so far), Ill keep you all updated on this.
I've decided that tommorow if I feel alright like I did today, then I will bump it up to 600mg for the last 3 days. But that has yet to be seen....
Later broski's!
Bro, I do not recommend that you bump it up to 600mg. Save that for your next cycle OK.![]()
Ok sv, I will save that for winter... Im not even in need to it now anyways, Im getting carried away. I've already lost about 3-4 pounds anyways!Originally Posted by SV-1

Well, I got to thinking about it, and have decided to stop the dnp now. I don't really need it right now, and want to save my caps for winter, and a second cycle.
I think for my second cycle I will go: 200, 200, 400, 400, 400, 400, 400, 600 as long as I can stand, Then get off and start my contest dieting. I believe I have learned from my dnp experience what my tolerance are, and if sv-1 could make me a chart, that would be great. Ill post some after pics on my website for those who are interested saturday morning before I have to leave.
Roids out-
Yeah I was reading that too, now I am all confused. AAS's are like the bible, one thing is always contradicting the other.Originally Posted by invid

more carbs= more heat, not more fat burning. People once believed that lots of carbs were neccissary because they would get hot and think they burned more fat. It was later learned that this was totally false.

Nice charts sv-1. I like how you can see how much dnp is still in ones system after they finish their cycle.
Steroids, keep up the good progress and journal, looks great.

Thanks bro! At that blood level Im pretty sure all I could do would be sit around and sweat. You've done 600 for 8 days havn't you sv?? How bad was that if ya don't mind me asking??Originally Posted by SV-1
I remember reading something about the diet. It said you need to "fuel the fire." I looked into it some more and it turns out SV-1 was right. Not too much carbs and not too little is the best way to go.Originally Posted by Lozgod
What equation did you use for those numbers? Lets say for example day 2, I put 48 hours on the calculator, the halflife, and 200mg and it gives me 79mgs.Originally Posted by SV-1

Yep. Spreading out the dosing times will give different results. The chart and calculations I posted are for 24 hour dosing.Originally Posted by Steroids101

I did 600 for 7 days. Although it wasn't horrible, I prefer running a lower dose for longer. Same results with less sides, just takes a little longer. But that's just me, everyone's different.Originally Posted by Steroids101
