    they are overpowering your arms... gonna have to hit
    them hard and work on adding some size/thickness...

    Overall you look ****ing sick bro... awesome work, but
    doing a show is a whole different story so don't take it
    like I'm knocking you, just trying to point out what jumps
    out at me as areas you could work on making stronger...
    those are actually the point i was talkingabout at dinner last nigth w/ one of my friends. the EXACT things you said after i went back and looked at the shots.thanks for the feedback as it's so important to me

    you're like south south right?like way down i think you said?
    i'm actually going to watch this year's show august 28th in delanco , nj.
    i'm giving myself a year to get ready for it. i'm sorta thinking along the lines of branch warren:don't step on stage just to step up.go when you're ready and can do damage.one year gives me alot of time to make improvements. i am considering doing a warmup local show in the winter and see what happens.more for the experience of it that anything.

    lookin tight bro, great job my NYC brotha-

    i have the same issue with my delts (but in my case they REALLY DWARF my arms). If I stare at them for 2 seconds they grow.

    I stopped training them too, due to pain in one shoulder after delt workouts, which hinders my chest workouts...So no delts until at least september!

    this is my proposed diet for LBM starting sept 1st
