What is this "sleepy" feeling that everybody is talking about?
i really am not sure what causes it,i dont want to speculate but it is a very calming feelingOriginally Posted by EastCoaster
Well I've heard several knowledgeable bros say to split the dosage (including Mallet) and it makes sense. Even if the half life is 36hrs it still must be easier on your body to introduce the clen in 3 evenly dosed intervals, more even blood levels and all that. I'm not saying you have to but if it's not inconvenient for you why not split the dosage?Originally Posted by DEVLDOG
when i'm on cycle...I do cardio in the afternoon and dose around 4pm...that way I have time to get over the sudden sleepy feeling that hits me before I have to go to work...I work evenings...usually until sometime around 1am...had a previous thread where I asked about anyone else experiencing the "crash" and never got a response...so started thinking it was just me..
no its not just you,its a common side,i would get up at 4am,take my dose do an hour of cardio, take a shower and go right back to bed for 2hrs,slept like a babyOriginally Posted by VIXI
It didn't start happening or at least I didn't notice it until the second week of my first cycle...usually within an hour of dosing I usually notice a drop in my energy level...making sure I eat something light like a salad right before I take it...to try and combat the drop...was thinking it might have something to do with the internal temp increase that's taking a little out of me
definetely notice more cat naps when on...lol
Interesting... you'd think it would have the opposite effect. But I'm willing to bet you're right about the temp rising taking an effect on the body.
its like kids who take ritalin, you would think that would hype them up since it is like speed but it has the opposite effect,i think it just floods the CNS and slows everything down.im sure someone here can answer itOriginally Posted by EastCoaster
the temp rising is part of what boosts your metabolism and makes your body burn fat. It takes energy to burn fat (aka regulate your body temperature) so it makes sense that you will sometimes get tiredOriginally Posted by EastCoaster
lol, this thread should become a sticky... you can learn a lot about clen from reading it.
Thanks everybody.
Do you guys (and gal) still use the taurine and potassium during the 2weeks off portion?

Good question. My guess would be that its not necessary. But then again, it couldnt hurt.
I also get the sleepy feeling and seem to have to take a nap or two while i'm on. Although i usually have a hard time going to sleep at night.
I usually have to crash for about an hour or 2 as well.
The problems sleeping at night could be related to the naps during the day....

I'm prolly too late as most of your questions have been answered, just thought I'd throw my 2cents in as I've had great success with clen - helped me lose 15 lbs!
Def don't split your dose - no need
Don't take it on an empty stomach - I'm taking the liquid clen and when I take it on an empty stomach I feel real nausious.
Don't take it before cardio or lifting - it will mess with your breathing on the cardio and I find my hands cramp too much when I do weights on clen
Take your potassium and taurine! - def helps with the cramping which can get quite bad at higher doses
Don't be afraid to increase the dose if the sides are tolerable, you will get use to them as you get more experience with clen.
I have no problems taking mine on an empty stomach. I am up to 200mcg a day but i think i am going to go done a bit. Sides are tolerable but sometimes i get chest pains.Originally Posted by SexyKitty

I dont have any problems taking it on an empty stomach either. I got real bad muscle cramps when I went up to 200mcg even with extra taurine and potassium supps. 160 or so is good enough for me![]()
I believe i am going to drop down to 160 tomorrow as well.
guy your taking way to much ..you don't need to shake for it to work....More isn't more fat loss it's just more shaking
taurine is the only ting thats works for the Clen cramps ...
More shaking equals a higher calorie expenditureOriginally Posted by Lion

ok im in the process of ordering my clen , i hear its in a squirt bottle so how is this stuff measured out , also is there anything else out there that cuts fat as well with out the breathing problems im hearing u guys talk about even though this is the first time im hearing about the breathing issue im second guessing the clen , thanks
but i will try it out for myself maybe it will not bother me
oh one other thing i will have to take this every morning before i go to work at 230am im a vendor so i find myself running on and off the truck with the clen effect this as if i were doing cardio
I believe that the liquid clen from AR-R is 1 squirt = 20mcg. I have also heard that this stuff is overdosed a little bit, so it this is your first time with clen I would start out with 20mcg (a day) to asses how you handle the sides and then go up from there. As far as the breathing problems.... clen is actually an asthma medication and seeing as I have asthma already, I love being on it. Then clen SHOULD not effect you as if you were doing cardio, but everyone is different. Like I said, start low and go up. Also, do a search on "The Clenbuterol Handbook" and that will give you alot of info as well. Good luck.
