I would think that every tattoo parlour has that one up on the wall, it looks like a pretty standard sort of design...
it could be this years celtic arm band. Poor Hung Solo, he gets an original design and before he knows it everyone has one...

Its my understanding that Hung Solo orginated the design... I believe he actually had a few people (partners) pose for the picture.
