bigmikeJ; post a pic of you doing some clean db rows with some weight bro, if you can throw up more than me i will accept your constructive criticism. the reason i take the dumbell so far back is to strengthen more of the middle of my back, thats how i have been doing it for awhile, not for bodybuilding purposes, but because its actually helped on my deads.
i mean, i dont mean to be a dick, but i love how i post a few ****ty pics, and the reason they turned out ****ty was because i didnt have no1 to take the pics, the only help i had taking a pic was me standing on my deads and me standing on my dips. i just am not the type of person to say to some1 in the gym "hey bro, do you mind taking pics of me between sets?"
i train with no1, i dont need to train with anyone, when i get heavy on bench i call my bro who works behind the counter who ive been friends with for a while.

The only cycles I have done is M1T a while back and then Anavar right now while cutting along w/ T3 & Clen. I also ran DNP one time. I don't know where your getting all your info from, but just because I join in AAS discussions and know a lot about them doesn't mean I have done a lot of cycles etc. It is just a topic that interests me so I read as much as I can and learn as much as I can. Do I plan on doing more cycles in the future? Of course, but for now I will stick to smaller stuff if anything @ all and use Diet to get me where I want to be.
