I worked out at Steel gym today and Jason kicked my ass on legs. No joke, I wanted to cry. I stood up after a set and my legs buckled and I went to the floor. That was about half way through the workout. At one point I was almost hyperventilating. I think because of the clen. My heart was pounding and I couldn't catch my breath. He had me do a different quad workout than what I sent you. Sets pyramiding up then high rep drop sets to WAY beyond failure to the point where he was **** near moving the weight himself. I had nothing. Then he says 3 more sets. Now I see why the pros have sick legs. I told him he should have kicked my ass like this when I was still eating carbs. I talked to Victor today and he is looking tight ready for the Olympia.

I could definitely feel the strength from the anadrol. I drop several pounds and my strength only dropped slightly. But one of the side effects I notice is that it suppressed my appetite. I don't know if you want to use anadrol in a bulker if you plan on eating a lot.

Mind you I haven't shaved or tanned and I'm all hairy and it hides some of the cuts and veins. I took these right after cardio. Since dieting I found out I have a split bicep peak. It looks pretty cool having a cut running down the center of my bicep.

WHite looks horrible Carlos so stay away from white (looks like a pamper...and gets dirty too fast...especially if you use dream tan)

Royal Blue will look perfect. I saw a guy in the last show that wore white and I thought it looked really good. He either wore gloves or taped off the trunks cause they looked clean.....or he didn't use any tanning oil.

Starting this week I'm tanning 2-3 times a week for the next 2 week and I ordered pro tan and dream tan #2.

Since this is my first show, middle weight. I'm doing both novice and open. My posing music is... different. Most people you see use heavy metal, hip hop or techno/dance music. It's none of the above.
