naturally i am 145lbs with 14 1/2 inch arms. I do not have the best genetics for sure. But when I am at 195-198 at 14% bodyfat my arms are 18 inches. Thats 40 lbs heavier than my natural weight and I know i still have alot to learn. So if my genetics are average or below average anyone who has above average knowledge with good genetics should be able to put on some significant weight right!

    EXACTLY!!!!
Are you saying that u used to be at that weight??
My advice to someone who is a hard gainer, and this may go against most peoples beliefs, is to eat, eat, eat whatever you get your hands on. Fast foods, whatever, just prove to yourself that you can put on any weight, then when you do, you'll be able to formulate a more applicable diet to meet your goals. You didnt state your age and experience so its hard to give accurate advice.

Seems like you can put on weight fairly well. If you've been at that weight before, you should be confident enough to reach that weight again. There are more than 1 way to do things here. I've put on 40lbs in 3 months before. It was sloppy weight, but i did reach my weight goal. This next time i'm adding a little at a time to make sure its lean mass. I'm going to try to gain 8-10 pds in 2 months. I would suggest that if you liked your results last time, do the same thing. If not go to the diet forum.

Yeah I've overcome most of my genetics. My whole family is small and 3 years ago I weighed 145 @ 5"6. Now I bounce from 190-195 at about 10%. Will be able with 215 though. Oh well, someday!
