Here something to think about.
There are two types of breast implants, (I have been able to sit in on both proceedures in the past) One is over the muscle, the other is under the muscle. Under the muscle is much more real looking, but also more costly, and painful. Over the muscle (Pectoral muscle that is) is less painfull and cheaper. The difernce is that you can actually see the ripples some times from the inplant in an over the muscle proceedure, but you cannot on an under the muscle. Lidsey had under the muscle
