messy UK your photoshop skills are good. But look at the shadows and highlights in Andre's pictures. Clearly the blur and hard transitions lines just tells you that his pics are 100% legit. The skin tone and the head match exactly!!!

that was SGX. in the second pic i was only 190lbs and my waist size was 37inches. i need newer pics, im now 230 and my waist is 34-33inches. im currently on SUP2 so i can get big

Look bro, I just state my opinion and that is it. I am well aware of that story, and for this particular thread we are in right now, I just felt he recieved comments that weren't "asked for" (for lack of better words) (Hope you understand what I mean, I'm french)

For the rest, regarding the fact he doesn't reply to help people or anything, it is none of my business.

I also posted the supps I was taking and in another thread I posted my workout program... so far I don't see anyone else offering as much advice in this thread as I have...

i must say, for all of the bashing that andre receives (and yes, i was here when he first posted, and i do remember him "making the scene") the truth is that he did make the transformation, and the thread that someone linked about him contained about as indepth of a diet as anyone could put together

i don't think all of the personal attacks on him are justified, because he did post his results in this thread as requested and he did make some incredible changes to his physique (natural or not, neither i, nor anyone on here knows the truth about this)

now while i agree with him posting his results and his diet for everyone to "critique", i don't agree with him attempting to solicit money for further advice using the board.

having said all of that, i am wholly convinced that it will change nothing, but it's just my two cents

it is true, andre made quite a transformation. Whether he did it with or without the use of steroids doesn't really bother me, the fact that he has changed does matter.
