This is correct, peeing after eliminates the infection causing bacteria (for women). You can pee whenever you want, though - chances of a dude getting an infection is slim to none - the chick would have to be super dirrrty.

Also, when you fvck there will probably be (more or less) friction against the urine opening.. and bacterias can cause infection.. this should be obvious.. however.. maybe the bacterias from the d!ick jump over and fvcks the female bacterias at the same time and leads to a big amount of bacterias in the chick as they give birth to many baby bacterias later on?
