I can see we've got some lively discussion going on. I'm staying out of the b.s. and just being appreciative of the feedback from you serious guys. I just wanted feedback on my pics - and thanks to all who've posted. I'm really stoked about doing my first cycle. Like I said, I'd only done one vial of cypianate - 10mL - about 2 years ago and I didn't use it properly, so I didn't even see any results. Therefore I feel ok about calling myself a "natural" when compared to a lot of real juicers on here because I've had better results with creatine then I did with my mis-used vial of cypianate. Hope the 'natural' comment didn't offend anyone that is truly natural.
When I was a senior in high school I weighed 200lb., could run the 40 yeard dash in 4/7 sec., and could bench over 320lb. Over the years I've put on the unwanted weight that comes with age and am just now turning to juice to help get off the fat. I'm one of those naturally thick guys and am really looking forward to actually seeing my six pack. Just a wierd side-note... this weekend my dad fell off an 8ft. ladder and landed on his head - [/I]on the sidewalk - [I]and didn't break any bones nor had any blackouts. Hell, I hope I got his toughness. He could have broken his neck! Ol' man gave me some good genes.
Andre, nothing personal, but you are pretty well developed for a 'natural'. I'm not saying you aren't, but the odds are against you, bro'. I'm no juice specialist, but I have been around the gym on and off through the years to know that it takes a hell of a lot of work and incredible genetics to get into your kind of shape naturally. Again, maybe you are a natural, but if you're just trying to get some attention, start your own thread.
Just so ya'll know, I studied the ISSA course to get certified as a personal trainer. I'm not a complete idiot when it comes to health and nutrition, but my 'roid knowledge is limited. As far as my workouts over the past 2 years, I've usually held to 2 ons and 1 off (chest -1, legs - 2, off, back & bis -1, shoulders & tris - 2, off). My diet has been good, but more often than not too much intake of the good foods, therefore I haven't burned fat that I should have been. But my goal has been to get strong, develop my musculature, and after a couple of years hard work, start my first true cycle. This is where I'm at now. My goal hasn't been to get shredded, but to get strong and build muscle naturally in order to better handle when I do a cycle or series of cycles. So, for all you guys busting my ass for not being shredded, hey, water off a duck's back.
Give me a couple of months to get cut up, and I think I'll rival some of the best guys on here. Love the board, and am looking forward to more helpful and informative discussion. As for you insecure guys who throw insults around, well, here's a little story...

I am in a very simmilar boat to you, I spent the last 8 years working on building mass and only got real serious with my diet 2 years ago... now I am smaller than I was before (255lbs to 200lbs) but I feel better and more muscular... It does not take drugs for someone with decent genetics and a strong work ethic to get to 200lbs just under 10%BF at 5,10"... You already have a ton of lean body mass, if/when you decide to 'cut-up' you will look like a whole new man...
And one final thing... no need to look back at what used to be able to do... we are both still young enough to say that the best is yet to come!
If I were you I wouldnt take the winny at this point in time. It will work to a certain extent but not to its full potential untill you drop some serious weight. You have size for sure but you need to cut down a lot still. Stive to get around 10 to 12% and stop worrying about being the biggest for now anyway. This is JMO but what is the point of muscles if you cant see them(unless you are a competing powerlifter). Cut down and you will look great. I would personaly run a regular 500mg Test E and 400MG EQ in a cycle. Since you have a little extra bodyfat, you might as well use it to your advatage and bulk with it. I always think any newbies first cycle should be a bulker, even if they are already big. I just see problems running winny alone bro. Your gonna get this feeling in your head that you should be getting stonger on AS and really try to add strength and Winny gonna end up getting you hurt.

I don't think it makes any difference. If you can figure out how to get big naturally, fine. If you can figure out how to get really, really, really big on drugs, it takes even more planning and intelligence.
If you are just sort of big, and juiced that doesn't mean anything, but still everyone will respect you, and a lot more women will want you.
A lot of people DO NOT know how to get the most out of performance enhancing drugs.
Its all the same really, the limits of the human body are there though. You have a different level for a person who is totally lifetime drug free, a different level for people on low dosages of just steroids, then you have people who never take any supplements, and then you have the people who have taken everything you can imagine. Bottom line is who is strongest in the world? The guys who have taken the most, and have the most well planned drug program.
Thats my opinion, if you want to say its genetics and drugs and hard work I agree to some extent. But I think it boils down to the most effective training and drug program.

In response to your question, I believe you are interested in finding out if you are the biggest non-steroid user who is posting pictures on this board. Then of course you admitted to using a couple of years ago. I believe that if you had been lifting during those two years you should definately look more like someone who lifts. You are obviously a large individual, but IMO I would think you would want to have a body that looks more muscular.
On the Andre note, I also thought he was kicked off of here and don't care to see his same old pics on any thread, most especially not his own.
Thanks for asking, Aussie..., Lately my strength has gone up, as I've only been hitting my legs and chest once per week with various other exercises involved, but I've been hitting my sets really hard and intense, upping my sets and poundages, and lowering my reps. Obviously, more "power-lifting" than bodybuilding.
In an unrelated note, a psychic just told my girlfriend, "your boyfriend is super intense!" Hehe, I'm getting recognition from someone I haven't even met! Anyway, I haven't started a cycle yet, but as long as I'm making gains, I'm not worried about it.
As I've been lifting more power moves lately. My weight has gone up to 270lb., but I'm not too concerned as long as I'm getting stronger. I had 1000+lb. on the leg press last week doing multiple sets for reps, so I'm feeling pretty good about my progress. I don't think I've hit my peak stage as far as strength goes, so I'm going to continue on with my power moves, and maybe come summer I'll do a cycle. Heck, I may forgo the whole bodybuilding aspect and just kick some a** in the power-lifting school.
You need to CUT....you havent put on 10 lbs of muscle. Get your diet in check. Be serious w/ yourself. It's cool that you're doing what you're doing but unless you want the (big guy, overweight and bloated look) you need to cut down before even thinking bout ASOriginally Posted by viking_warrior_2k

I to have found more "natural" strength with age, I only train each b/part once per week with great intensity,basic and heavy.
I am considering doing a cycle within the next 3 months, first cycle, just interested to see what will happen then strip back some fat. Anyway best of luck.

i love when fat guys talk about the size they have. it is much more impressive to have 17" arms that have definition than 19" arms that dont move when flexed! being fat is not impressive just look around you at the mall (there is plenty of fat out there)!
