Don’t laugh but I only spend about $15-30 a week if that. I buy chicken quarters when they are on sale and freeze them, buy those cheap $5 roast and cut them into steaks. For carbs I’ll eat oats or brown rice which are very cheap. I do not throw away anything and have been known to eat rotten chicken and steak/roast. I can recall one night my girl friend throwing away the bad milk…the next morning I picked it out of the garbage and put it on my oatmeal.
No shame in my game, I’m a cheap ass and I’m proud!
I have a protein shake after every work out, and my friends house though, lol
