A hell of a long time
Any chance you from Birmingham? Look good for your age , dont go on juice till you are ready, u seem to have good genetics to have made gains in such a short time, utilise your natural testosterone while you are still young, you will have enough of it.

Try cutting out the fish and chips mate, Its just rubbish for what you want to achieve, try tuna instead.

Good luck ,keep us all posted on your gains

christmas day she was drunk and started hitting me. dumped her and now ive made 3 appearances in court for harrassment and assault, i never did squat. mad bitch. i love training and we all have our dreams and they only come to us if we want them enough, but she really got to my head, screwed it up abit. lost that animal rage inside whilst training. but yeh your right persistance is always the key to success through the good and bad times. new pictures when progress is made. thanks for posts/replys.

One important thing i learnt about bodybuilding is, never quit at an early age because of your genetics. Your genetics can change at the drop of a hat as you get older. Keep at it brother, if you don't stop you will get there, probably not to the photoshopped version, but the real one.
