We did check with our proccessing company today after futher contact with the customer. There was an error with the refund. He did recieve the first order but by an error with the proccessing company he did not recieve the refund. I have since contacted him and am sending his product with an extra bottle for the trouble. Thanks to all our friends and supporters for helping us here and look forward to seving all of you in the future.

It is magic. Pure magic. Try 6 squirts the first time... shake the bottle really really good first, though. Or what the hell... throw caution to the wind and do 10 squirts... and look out. I did a dozen one time and it scared the hell out of me. The first time I used it I neglected to shake the bottle, and it didn't do much at 10 squirts. 12 squirts after shaking the stuff up properly gave me a frightful boner from hell that wouldn't just go away and leave me alone.

I'd have cancelled my CC charges LONG AGO, as well as filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

That's what I do when things get "iffy" in a situation like this.
