    In 2003 Nile changed the box, cause they should add a plus line (prescription only medicine)
    After a few weeks (or month) the price went up from 190pt to 400 pt
    (you can see at the bottom of the box, near the batch number)
    So you can find:
    old box-190pt
    new box-190pt
    new box-400pt
