I`ve just finished a provocotavly small cycle. I only used 6 amps of sust (6 X 250 mg) and these were my results before and after:
Box squat with just belt:
before: 185 kgs, after: 195 kg easily (I`m 85% sure I can get 200 kgs, but the spotter had no idea what he was doing, so I stopped at 195).
Deadlift with suit:
Before: 230 kgs, after: 240 kgs
Bench press with shirt:
Before: 150 kgs After: 165 kgs (going for 170 before august!)
So that`s an increase of 33 lbs in the squat, 22 lbs in the deadlift and a whopping 33 lbs in the bench press (about 90lbs in total then). I`m guessing the reason why I increased my bench by so much compared to my squat and deadlift is that the muscles used for pressing are smaller. I guess I need more juice to optimize the growth in the bigger muscles, like my back and legs.
As 4 powerlifting his bench and squat are good but as for many other reallt short people deadlift is a problem (I think its not much over 440 or maybe just that).
From my 1st to this 3rd I justed finished my bench has went from 290-ish to 405 (thank you Tren). I can squat the house but I have a herniated disk.
great progress and results bros

i believe you, there are some people out there with the most insane natural strength
a few kids in high school that i saw bench were insane numbers
one was 210lbs benching 450
one was 190lb benching 405lbs
and i saw these with my own eyes
but if you didn't know already, kids are getting stronger and bigger as generations past
Yup.. and I really dont see a reason why I would lie bout sumin like this anyway, my only point was that some people can lift insanely much even while weighing very little.. My friend is very short so that also adds up to the pile but I knowthat what I said is not BS. This guy is really strong for his size the only problem 4 him is in deadlifft where he sux, but I've heard that its often the case 4 very short ppl
i hope to be benching 440-450 (basically over 400) at the end of my first cycle next year. that is if i decide to go through with it. i think their is about an 85% chance i will do it as of now
my bench went from 180 1 rep max to 285x4-6 in a year and a half
ive been juicing for years now... but before i ever did anything i was benching 230 (jr in college 2001). couple of months ago i put up 230 27 times.
