    I'm sorry to hear about your mess. I've got a set of hooks that I use for dumbell presses. I never need a spot and the weight unhooks from a regular bar on a bench or off the smith machine for higher shoulder presses. You might want to look into a set J.

    Finished work at 5pm bro. Its 8:05pm now. Work drags for so long now and my post count only slowly goes up....
