    running it for 12 wks then prop for two, so a total of 14wks. unless i want to extend it.

    sup shocker. my cals are right around 3500 and 4000. i'm not goin too crazy this time since i dont what to much eccess fat. i'm trying to keep my foods clean though and that seems to be helping.

    well, it's wk 5 now and the acne is starting to kick in. it's popping up on my upper arms around my tricept and deltoid region. taking mad showers to combat. weighin in at about 188lbs wich is 13up from wk one. i

    just IMO you don't need gear yet. You could go natural for atleast a few more years and then hit gear and explode. You have a great base on you. I'd stay away from it this early. like i said, just my opinion

    Nice work Test. Do more Squats, More Sets and more wieght. Squats are the Key to Big Legs. ( Just Make Sure you Have a Good Spoter). And as For Calves Alternate With Heavy Weight, and High Reps From Day to Day ,2-3 times, That always Shocked my Calves to Grow.
