finally, we got a digital camera(as u can see by my lovely avatar) so some preliminary pics... mine will be posted in about a week once i figure out everything.
any feedback on the back would be appreciated by her. she gets her cardio in at work(waitin tables) and does the weights with me. she's lookin to lean up a bit more while keeping the muscle she already has aquired. more pics to follow.
