Alright, My mind is totally made up...Test E and Deca, Test for 12, Deca for 10....is that right?
Also, any point in me taking a little less Deca than test, I thought I read somewhere it is better to have a bit more than Test...
So would 500mgs Test and 400mgs Deca be ok? What about shoulder shots? Or should I jsut stick to Glute and Quads?
