    Dbol and anavar can do wonders!! even in low dosages.

    If you take like 3x5 mg d-bol per day,(weekends off) you'll start gaining. (and ofc.. EAT EAT EAT and train low on reps, high on lbs, low on cardio to contain the calories instead of burning them--> but do cardio as your boddy will need it!)

    I don't know all the science behind it, but it worked for me. (used to be 5% BF, now up to 12%) (and ate about 15Kg of weightgainer )

    Anavas as it is mild, and does not mess-up your own system....

    I got a better one: Test e (500mg 2x EW) / Tbol (40mg ED): less sides, less water, awesome pumps and solid gains w/ some proviron(25-50mg ED)!

    Reveiwing his diet I think is his limiting factor...and needs to be improved on if he is to, himself, improve.

    Didn't see the stats........whaou, so according to thoses stats i must be 22 inches arms for 380Lbs

    bro not to flame u or anything but there is no way ur arms r 16inches & chest is 47 thats the same size as me & i look 3 times you.. your waist has got 2 b smaller than 32 inches u can tell by that pic mine is 33 & is way bigger.. try a different measuring tape...
    i had the same problem when i was 17 where i looked just like you i got good advice from a friend who is competeing in pro bodybuilding now & it worked & i still do it 2day when i really wanna bulk up try it add this in to your everyday diet

    large pizza (no lie!)
    3-6tacos
    pb with crackers
    also do not use weight gainer he said its just garbage so i never used it
    my current stats are 19 years old 195lbs 11% b/f 16inch arms i weighed 150lbs exactly 2 years ago around this time

    If you don’t want to stunt your growth use gear that doesn’t aromatize. Unfortunately all the strong gear we use to add mass dose aromatize but you can still use the weaker gear to bulk up a bit. Just don’t expect huge results. Use winny and var or tbol or primo. These don’t aromatize there for you do not have increase estrogen and your growth plates will not fuse prematurely. However at 19 I’d say you don’t have that much if any growing left to do. I would like to point out everyone is different before someone jumps in and says I grew an inch or two when I was 20. yes it is possible but unlikely. Your 6,2 anyway bro do you really care if you don’t grow any taller? I don’t want to encourage you to use hard gear at 19 but I know several guys that have done it and don’t regret it.

    Try a winny and var or winny and tbol cycle. You won’t get big gains from this but it will give you a boost with out fusing your growth plates.

    Even if you use non-aromatizing AAS, you still may not be out of the woods as far as prematurely fusing your growth plates. If you do a standard PCT with SERMs, the body will respond to these similarly as if you had high levels of estrogen.

    if i were you i would save up some money and buy a few vials of igf-1, and some var or t-bol and stack'em i think that would make for a nice cycle definitly should see some results maybe throw in some slin if your comfortable with the compound meaning you've done extensive research on it.........pair that up with a great diet and should pack on some nice lbs.........

    By the way, you are saying that before you train you eat an apple and some creatine? That sounds to me like the problem right there, who can possible train a hard workout only eating an apple or did I miss anything? Eat more before training and take a good protein drink 1 hour before to maintain your muscles you have on you know while working out. I can't say much about the steroids but I know some about the food. I know that you may have a couple of more years with that metabolism and it will slowely fade away so don't mess up your eating habits totally. Like one guy said, up the fat a bit more in every meal. I mean, you will also get fat if you eat to much, you just have to find your limit. All my friends who said they could never get fat, but did they eat even close to my amount, no they ate like sparrows. Not hard to see why people can't gain when they eat so little. Maybe you think you eat much because you feel full all the time, but if that was me on that list by 19, I ate 2 whole pizzas and I was still hungry 30 minutes after, but I have had a very strong appetite. It's just recent years I have problem eating all I need, I am always full and don't want to eat much. I gained alot of fat and felt bad about it, but if I would have eaten what my friends did I would probably be ripped as hell, because back then I was hungry all the time, like a dog, I could eat a mountain.

    Well good luck with your training, and don't forget to just take olive oil in your protein drink and take it thruout the day with alot of good carbs. It's impossible you should not gain any weight, it's just impossible if you eat enough you will be fat! And throw in a couple of gainers.

    I have just seen some of the worst advice ever, man just keep doing what your doing you are looking great, wait a couple years it will be well worth it, if you don't do that then really really research, and also add in more meals to your diet, and cleaner carbs.
