powerliftmike-i lost one of my straps, i'm gonna have to man up and buy some more, i do like to use them in my deads and shrugs, i'll pick some up in the a.m..i expected to gain fat/water and i'm sure i have but my strength and overall size is definately up i feel really good..lol this is kinda gay but i'm sure some of you do it too while on cycle but everymorning when i look full and dry i spend about 10-15 mins posing in front of my mirror haha ha whatever

Interesting, I am 6-1, 220, with 17" arms also in my pic. I noticed your strength is similar to mine. But I have to admit you look a hell of lot bigger & leaner than me in spite of the stats. I think body fat does have a lot to do with it. My lifting partner looked mediocre at 210, but when he got 20lbs of fat off, with the same muscle & strength, EVERYONE was noticing and telling him he should be entering contests with what he had accomplished. His arms are 17" too, lol but true.
