I have a can with fat free dressing and some plain ziti. Small portion of ziti. One of my favs
i take 4 egg whites, 1 scoop of protien powder, packet of sweet and low, put all in a blender and blend for 45sec-1min. then heat up a not stick pan and cook the mixture like a pancake, take your can of tuna fish microwave it for 45sec. when your pancake is down cooking put it of a plate, cut in half and put the tuna on it. it will help with your craving of bread because its like a sandwhich but theres hardly any carbs.
