    I think i'll stick with this. I'm happy the way the macros fall into place. They fit nicely to what i should be eating for cutting, the calories are a tad low though. I think maybe once a week i'll make that 1/2 rice, 1 cup rice to even things out.

    Thanks. I agree that the calories are a tad low (maybe 100 too little), but the carbs aren't i dont think. Benedict formula showed me that i need to be taking in about 110g carbs and here i have 114, so.

    Other than that, i'm happy with the way the macros fall into place.

    Thanks, any other suggestions?

    Add a can of tuna to meal 6 and make it a egg white/tuna omlette. You are a tad bit low on cals. It's better to start a lil high when beginning a diet so when fat loss stagnates you have some things to cut out. Also, as xtinaunasty suggested, adding another 1/2 cup of rice to your PPWO would be a good idea. Later you can drop it when fat loss slows.

    Personally I always go low on carbs and then do a carb up day. Mine is this Saturday and I'm so excited. Protein waffles from provided by G-Force, and a couple of Pinkvelvet's recipes. Chocolate cake and Oatmeal Cookies, with a couple of my own little additions. Two more days......
