    Yea it has some sugar, but 2gms per half cup

    I do one scoop whey with my 14gms Flax in it and a cup of CC at night, Cutting or bulking. But i'm gonna take it out of my diet after Spring Break and really get down to the cutter...
    I agree, I use the 4% fat version...less sugar
