Well its an interest only loan. I'm actually going to refinance since my house appreciated at 950k, So I will combine both my loans into one. This will lower my payment for sure.

i pay in Miami(hialeah),Florida ,i have a 1 bedroom,One bathroom, apartment,living/dinning room,kitchen, and balcony......i pay $850 plus
