I think some of the guys in my gym start wondering, though, as in the last 11 months I`ve increased my bench with 40 kgs (about 90 lbs), my squat with 35 kgs (75 lbs) and my deadlift with 25 kgs (55 lbs).
I keep on saying that I stuff myself with food to gain weight and that that`s the reason for the muscle growth.
When I diet down I`ll just say it like it is: my body didn`t want to keep all that body weight that I added in such short amount of time, so I took advantage of my "artificially raised" metabolism and diet to make sure that what I lost was fat and not muscles.
I guess I can keep this up for a little while longer![]()

People think im on when I havnt even started my first cycle. I've been going to the gym for 4 years seriously: Mon,Wen,Fri,Sun for atleast 3 hours.
