    From 155 to 202 and still lookin' pretty lean. Nice job! Bet you feel like an animal these days.

    Remember, you have to train and eat for your new mass and to keep progressing. Don't go back to your 155 pound habits. Things don't get easier - they get just get little more tricky and require more and more intensity. You'll probably need a more staggered split to allow for more rest (depending on how you train) and you'll deffinitly need more chow. Again, good job.

    thanks man this is a real informative thread

    your story is alot like mine i did sports in highschool + lifting and never gained much weight then tride supplements and it gained me a few pounds but i lost most of it when i stopped working out now im educated and im going on a diet starting in Aug and im going to stick with it this time, maybe some gear in the future but im going to see what a good 6 months of eating right and liftin hard will do... im 6'2 175-180 right now if i gained 10-15 pounds of muscle i would be happy

    one porblem is i have to work out solo cause none of my friends lift really and all the ones that do or did gear did it secretly in high school and got starting spots on sports teams and attention from the girls.... lol
