When I am fully recovered from my recent 14weeker I am switching to short cycles, 6 weeks on 10-14days PCT then another 6 weeks recovery and repeat.

that actually sounds good but you would have to use fast acting compounds like prop and dbol/tbol etc....
Not necessarily.. longer esters can be used on shorter cycle from what I understand, but just timed differently and used in higher doses. Refer to Marcus's thread on short-cycling.
that makes sense, I guess you just have to frontload and time your PCT appropriately with long esthers
id say 2, dependin on ur pct n how ur body gets back to norm, 1 evry 6months
I ran deca for 2 1/2 years straight with some cycles of test enanthate during. When I checked my chol levels It scared the shit out of me, as I work in a heart surgery recovery unit and see what people go through with bypass surgery. I stopped the deca and was off all AAS for about 3 months. This is without any PCT, and checked my test level and was about 520. I now take several herbs for my chol and have been on test enanth for about a year. I check my chol every 2 weeks (I am friends with a lab tech in the lab at work), anyway using these herbs(no flush niacin, Guggul, Policosanol, Curcumin, Chromium as (Polynicotinate), Pantethine(vit-B5), Red yeast rice, and grape seed. All of these may not be needed but anyway my chol went from: Tot chol=243, Trig=221, HDL=25, LDL=160 to Tot chol=152, Trig=74, HDL=45, LDL=60 respectively. Any way I think these are the kick ass best of all herbs for chol, now there are plenty more out there but from my research and experience I think these are the shit. Hope this helps. Oh yea, this is on deca and test as I incorperated deca into my madness about 6 months ago.![]()

2 a year
Thats right and I only ever use short acting compounds anyway. I've never run deca or test enanthate only things like prop and NPPOriginally Posted by hardgainer1
