All I can say is what I have seen,and two mates that I train with.All I say it`s a joke,but it does shed fat on a non restricted diet.I ran it on it`s own to see if this bitch does give you LBM for 45 days at 160mcg,I lost 2% BF and thats about it.DNP is cheaper and safer,and guess what great results.

As you know my mate,Technically speaking DNP has it`s dangers,but at least you know it`s DNP.We have had so many cases and I feel we are injecting an unknown substance that is Cheaply made in china,we don`t know it`s half-life,we are not sure what`s really in it,all this could harm your body in the long term...It`s all possible.With DNP if you understand how to use it and keep hydrated it`s just like slin,quite safe.In this game,just like the gear I get,I know exactly what I inject in my body,I can`t say this about IGF.Bottom line DNP is not Recommended when we have T3,clen and the best of all diet and cardio.

Not angry at all with you PAl.I just think you are full of shit ,that's all.You haven't really any idea of the structure in whiuch LR3 is made up of,do you.It is not at all like huIGF-1.Now that gives growth.If LR3 caused growth wouldn't you think the FDA would have approved that as well as r IGf-1 for adolescent growth disorders?I've spoken in depth with gropep over this topic,and although they weren't willing to release to me studies they've done.They certainly know lR3 doesn't cause muscle growth.You get an up tick in glycogen retention while using LR3 IGF-1 that peson like yourself mistakes as muscle growth due to the fuller look of your muscle.A week or so after you discontinue use,you flatten out and start to gain back the Bf you lost while "on".

I'll give you ample time to gather all the notes you claimed to have kept and to post an intelligent/intellectual response.Then we will debate this topic and move onward to question number 2.

I just don`t understand how people think LR3 IGf-1 increases muscle,I guess it`s the increase in protein intake,I guess.Just like the weight you loose with IGF in the 4 weeks,the next 4 weeks it`s back on...For a cost of 500$,It`s only decent in a pre-contest tool.

as for answering your question like i have said i have noticed muscle gain from using IGF-1 how do i prove this ...i cannot tell you...there is one thing clear that you have a bone between your teeth and won't let it go and that is fair enough but like i have pointed out many times we are all different and we all have different results from substances...

now i am sure you will come back with that "razor sharp"tongue of yours and all those really big words from the books you read but all this does not alter the gains i and many others have seen whilst using IGF-1....

I'm sorry but I'll be the first to say that was a very non-convincing explanation to say the least. I too don't believe IGF-1 LR3 attributes to any LBM gains.

I don't get it pscarb, he asked how do you prove this and you says "i cannot tell you". Is that the best explanation you could come up with? What other compounds were being run with it.. what gains were kept? what was BF before/after? There are so many variables you could use in your defense and you simply say you couldn't tell us why you feel that way.. I don't get it.

i ran it last year on its own with out any GH/SLin or AAS i was leaner and bigger after 50 days.
my BF% before was 14% after it was 11% my bodyweight was 196lbs before after it was 201lbs is this a better explanation for you but i am sure he will come back with a sarcastic comment of some sort...

No ...I'm not about to get into a battle of the tongues with you as you've proven unworthy and can not provide the least bit of evidence from your own perspective that in fact LR3 IGF-1 actually caused hypertrophy with in your own body.It's one thing to form a biased opinion(something BBers are known to do),but on the other hand to come into a forum and state that something works incredibly well, and when asked to show some sort of personal evidence/proof,you back down.Maybe in the future you should state " I feel LR3 IGF-1 possibly caused a small amount of hypertrophy",not coming on this,or any other board making claims you can't/won't back up.After all,you did previously state you document EVERYTHING.So why all of a sudden the lack of documentation?

Care to answer another question since the first(question) has you at a loss for words? I promise this one will be substantially easier.

First of all Pinnacle does know his shit, he's a sharp guy. He has actually used about everything under the sun and at the correct or excessive

But I usually don't let it get to that point. Then I use clomid and nolva in PCT. I just started doing my PCT correct over the past 2 cycles and it seems to be working good. Sex drive is good and balls aren't tiny...
